What does this even mean?

When you ‘schedule a delivery‘ on MeanBuy, you literally get to choose your date of delivery of the product you’re ordering. This delivery date can be chosen simply based on your convenience, as well as the price variation.

Wait, did you say Price Variation?

Exactly. Scheduling a delivery has two facets – As you look through the calendar, you’ll see that the prices vary as the dates change. If you’re not in a hurry you can schedule a delivery on a date for a cheaper price than the earliest date. So if you can wait a bit for your order, you’ll actually end up saving some cash!

On what basis do the prices vary for scheduled deliveries?

The prices vary based on delivery dates. So if you choose a later delivery date, you’ll find that the price is lower than it would be for an earlier date. But compared to other e-commerce websites, you’ll still find the better price on MeanBuy – regardless of when it’s being delivered.

Can I keep track of my order?

Absolutely. Every package has a unique tracking number. You can check the status of your package on the ‘My Orders’ page. Here you’ll find all the details for your orders, such as the tracking number, delivery date, product type, etc. Click ‘track package’ below the order, and you’ll find the current status of your package.

But what’s the guarantee that we’ll get our order if we’ve chosen to have it delivered at a later date?

Our vendors know how the system works, and we’ve provided them with the tools to manage their deliveries, whether they’re immediate, or for later on. They’ll know when an order is due to be shipped out, and our logistics partners will ensure to have it sent to you on time. And of course, in the odd case that you haven’t gotten your order on time, just write in to us, and we’ll fix things up for you!

Pickup in Store

What is Pickup in Store?

When you click the ‘Pickup in Store’ button for a product, a pincode box will popup. Enter your pincode to see whether the product is available in your city, and if it is, you’ll get a list of stores where the item is available, and you’ll be able to see the prices of the item in each of the stores. When you click on a price and store that’s suitable for you, you’ll see the store address, and you’ll be taken to the booking amount payment process.

Do I get to choose to buy or not after I see the product?

Definitely! In fact, that’s the whole point. If you don’t like it after you see the product, you don’t need to buy it. The item was booked for you, so we won’t be able to refund that tiny booking amount, but you won’t be charged for the product at all. And if you like something else at the store, go ahead and shop away!

So we aren’t buying the product from you?

Nope. We’re just booking the product for you, and we charge an almost negligible fee for that booking. The store you’re buying from will be intimated, and when you go to pick up your product, it’s sure to be in stock and ready for you.

What if I need to return a product I’ve purchased through the Pickup in Store option?

Just contact the store with your purchase details. The idea is, we’re just booking the product for you in order to get you connected with the stores with the most competitive prices. Once you’ve purchased, the after sales service, returns, etc. works just the same as any other purchase from a store. You don’t need to go through us for anything.

So the booking is the only benefit…?

You’ve hit the jackpot! The booking is only the fringe benefit because, actually, we’ve got the best prices possible with the Pickup in Store option. Customers who have booked products through will be entitled to the lowest prices compared to any other online shopping platform. We guarantee it!

When do I have to Pickup my item?

When you purchase using Pickup in Store you will have 9 days to pickup the item at the assigned store. This is because we want to give every customer the ability to shop locally at the lowest prices!

Does this work the same as other e-commerce platforms?

Yup. Choose your product with the color/style/etc. options. Put in your pin code to see whether the product is available in your city and check out with the payment method you prefer. You’ll get an expected delivery date right before checking out

What’s the average delivery window?

 Products are usually delivered within 3-5 business days upon placing an order. You’ll receive updates on the dispatch and delivery.

Why do you need my Pin code?

MeanBuy sources products from all over the India. Products that can’t be delivered within 5 business days won’t be available for the ‘Buy now’ option. So if your Pin code isn’t accepted by the vendor, the product won’t be deliverable under Buy Now. But you can always schedule the delivery for a later date and order the product with that option.

Can I return a product?

How do I return a product?

If you’re intending on returning within 7 days of receipt of the product, email us at or give us a call/send us a WhatsApp message on +91 7093427583. Tell us your order number, and include a detailed reason for returning. Once your return request is approved, the return process will be initiated.

How will I get my money back after a return?

The refund will be made in the same mode of payment at the time of purchase. For COD payment, refunds will be done via online transfer.
